Return policy
In the Furora online shop you have the right to withdraw from the contract and return the purchased goods within 14 days of receiving your parcel, without giving any reason. Returned products must show no signs of use (missing band, rewound skein, etc.)
To make a return, follow these steps:
1. Report your return by email to contact@frra.pl
2. Send the goods back to: Furora Saperów 4, 82-300 Elbląg

The buyer bears the direct costs of returning the goods to the shop.
4. The shop will refund your money without undue delay, no later than 14 days from the day it receives your notice of withdrawal from the contract (however, the shop may withhold the refund until it has received the goods back or you have provided proof of having sent them back).
